I hired Agarwal packers for my shifting. Because I wanted to move my office goods from Gurugram to Noida. Agarwal packers came to my office and loaded my goods in the truck. They shifted my office goods at my new office location in Noida. They provided me best and hassle-free service.
Here I want to share my feedback with you.
Sales Support:
When my assistant called their sales support care to book our booking. Their sales executive explained every service comprehensively to my assistant and also sent a soft copy of their service to our email. They did not hide any terms and condition from us.
Customer Service:
While transporting our goods, My employee called their customer service to ask till where our goods reached. Within one minute she told to my employee.
Packing Service:
They used high-level packing material. They packed all breakable things together with bubble wrap.
Pros:
They provide affordable service.
They used the high-quality material.
They provide hassle free and secure service.
Cons:
They sometime came late to collect your packing goods.
Sometimes they did not deliver your goods on time.
Overall Rating:
4.5 star from my side for shifting my goods.
